Attack on Titan Middle School Dragon Ball Veku Funny
The past few decades have featured the debut of some of the most influential anime series of all time, with Dragon Ball and Attack on Titan being two of the biggest examples. Both of these series depict heroes that need to rise to the occasion as their worlds face attacks from dangerous new threats.
Attack on Titan and Dragon Ball are both excellent in their own ways and the latter has leaned into shonen archetypes as well as helped influence the genre . Extremely powerful individuals fill both of these series, but the characters on Dragon Ball have traveled beyond the limits of space and time and would make incredibly interesting adversaries for ferocious Titans.
Krillin is a character that's been with Dragon Ball since some of its earliest episodes and he's managed to stay in the picture right up until the end of Dragon Ball Super, even if he rarely gets a chance to save the day anymore.
Krillin's strength is minimal in comparison to other Dragon Ball characters, but his Destructo Disc ability is the perfect tool to hack away at the nape of a Titan's neck and retrieve the user from inside. His signature attack is ideal here and his Solar Flare ability can easily neutralize a large Titan pack.
9 Can't Survive: Goten Still Has A Lot To Learn As A Warrior
The Dragon Ball franchise actually allows its characters to age and grow, which results in Goku forming an entire family and his children largely following in his footsteps. Goku's second son, Goten , enters during the latter half of Dragon Ball Z.
He becomes a Super Saiyan faster than anyone else in his family, but his progress remains stunted and he's still just a child. Goten is far from weak, but he's exhibited cowardice and naivety in the past, which could mark his end when in an encounter with a Titan.
8 Could Survive: Future Trunks Is Extremely Skilled With A Blade
Many of the Titan takedowns in Attack on Titan are a result of the Survey Corps' omni-directional gear that allows them to zip through the air and slash at Titans with deadly blades. Future Trunks is a Dragon Ball character that actually doesn't feel that dissimilar from Levi, yet he might be even more skilled with a bladed weapon .
Future Trunks also has the advantage of flight, which is more versatile than any Scout equipment. Trunks has been able to channel enough energy into his sword to sever a half-immortal being, so Titans don't seem like much of a challenge.
7 Can't Survive: Gohan Might Crack Under The Pressure Of A Full-On Titan Assault
For a long time, it looked like Gohan was going to supersede his father as Dragon Ball's protagonist and he still achieves amazing things even though this hasn't officially happened. Gohan no doubt possesses the necessary strength to destroy a Titan, but he goes in and out of practice with his martial arts abilities.
It's very possible that a rusty Gohan could overthink the situation or freeze up and find his strength irrelevant against rampaging Titans. It might be a close battle, but Gohan sadly seems to currently lack the killer instinct to survive such an encounter.
6 Could Survive: Piccolo's Regenerative Abilities Are Even Greater Than The Titans'
Piccolo is another fundamental Dragon Ball character that can sometimes get overlooked in favor of the many Saiyans that enter the series. Piccolo remains a competent and deadly warrior and he has a number of skills that are either unique to him or other Namekians.
Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon could make swift work of a Titan's body and if he suffers any damage he'd likely be able to regenerate the lost limbs. Namekians can even grow dramatically in size, which would allow Piccolo to tackle a Titan from an equal size and level the playing field.
5 Can't Survive: Chiaotzu Lacks The Size & Resources To Survive
Dragon Ball showcases an eclectic roster of fighters and Chiaotzu is someone who makes a strong impression back in the original series alongside Tien, but he becomes one of the first characters that struggle to keep up with Dragon Ball Z's stronger pedigree of enemies.
Chiaotzu can fly, has decent psychic abilities, and can even self-destruct, but it's all lacked the impact to take down foes like Nappa, who is nowhere near the strength of a Titan. Chiaotzu's size and demeanor also make him unlikely to get to the nape of a Titan's neck and solve his problem that way.
4 Could Survive: Vegeta Is One Of Dragon Ball's Strongest & Smartest Characters
There's no question that the monsters in Attack on Titan are extremely dangerous under normal circumstances, but Dragon Ball's Vegeta has faced so much conflict and homicidal maniacs that Titans barely register as a threat. Vegeta is a brilliant and resourceful fighter that's able to quickly learn his opponent's strategy and adapt accordingly.
Vegeta has faced armies of enemies and survived. If he truly got desperate, he could just power up to Super Saiyan Blue and rain energy attacks down on the Titans as he flies overhead. He could take out the whole planet if he wanted.
3 Can't Survive: Master Roshi Is One Of Earth's Strongest Humans, But That's Not Enough
Master Roshi is Goku's first mentor in Dragon Ball and the one who's responsible for popularizing the Kamehameha among so many in the series. Master Roshi is old, but he's still quite capable and has a buffed-up form that can intimidate lesser threats.
Roshi's inclusion in Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power proves that the character is still relevant, but his inability to keep up with the collective powers of the Frieza Force is likely an indication that he'd slowly submit to a Titan attack.
2 Could Survive: Goku Has Literally Attained The Power Of Gods & Only Grows Stronger
Goku is Dragon Ball's determined hero and at most stages in his life, he's been strong enough to be able to successfully take on a pack of Titans. Goku is another character that's just become so powerful that he could wipe out hordes of enemies simply by powering up.
Goku's transformations are enough to handle this situation, but a mammoth Spirit Bomb could also get the job done in one fell swoop. Goku even has other tricks, like Instant Transmission, that will keep him safe and throw the Titans off.
1 Can't Survive: Yamcha Has Fallen To Lesser Foes
The humans in Dragon Ball don't have the best luck and Yamcha certainly becomes Dragon Ball's perpetual punching bag. Other humans find ways to stay in the picture, but Yamcha faces more defeats and deaths than he does victories.
Yamcha also lacks any useful special abilities that could be specifically advantageous against Titans. He's stronger than a regular human , but not by any margin that's going to make a difference in the world of Attack on Titan. He's the type of character that would die in the anime's first episode. However, the Titans would likely lose to Yamcha in baseball.
